Jon Morgan, President

Prior to founding Perry Street in 2006, Jonathan Morgan served as an associate with Kekst and Company in New York, one of the world’s leading financial and corporate communications firms. In this capacity, he counseled clients on matters such as crisis communications, bankruptcies, financial disclosure, the impact of major litigation events, and mergers and acquisitions. Representative clients included Freddie Mac, Ford Motor Company, TXU Corp., and Doral Financial, among many others. Prior to joining Kekst, Mr. Morgan was director of research for MSD Capital, LP in New York, the investment firm for Michael Dell. He also practiced law in Austin, Texas, where he was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. Mr. Morgan holds a BA in American Studies from Wesleyan University and a JD from George Washington University. He serves on the Boards of numerous Dallas civic and cultural institutions, including The Board of Trustees for the Lamplighter School, Alumni Board for the St. Mark’s School of Texas, and Board of Directors for Capital for Kids, among others.

Natalie Brandt, Managing Director

Natalie joined Perry Street in 2016 bringing a 15-year career as a commercial litigator advising businesses from multiple industries, including energy, banking and insurance. Her client work at Perry Street leverages this expertise in the areas of litigation and regulatory communications, crisis management, and corporate special situations. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1997 with a B.A. in English, Natalie attended SMU’s Dedman School of Law. She serves on the board of directors for Circle of Support, a Dallas nonprofit focused on serving at risk youth in urban communities. She has also provided pro bono legal services for Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and is volunteer local counsel for the Appignani Humanist Legal Center, which advocates for maintaining the integrity of the U.S. Constitution’s Establishment Clause.

In her free time, Natalie enjoys watching her kids’ sports, running, writing, cooking and being in the mountains every possible moment.

Jeana Foxman, Associate

Jeana Foxman joined Perry Street Communications in 2010 and uses her experience in media relations, financial communications, reputation management, government relations and public affairs/advocacy to advise clients in situations such as crisis communications, bankruptcies, and mergers and acquisitions. Representative clients include Coach America, TXU Corp., Caris Life Sciences and Animal Health, Inc., among many others.

Prior to her current position, Jeana spent 3 years working in Congress for Representative Lynn C. Woolsey, a Congresswoman from the North Bay of San Francisco, CA where she advised the congresswoman on a variety of issues. She also spent two years working in the non-profit sector providing government affairs services for the Dallas Jewish community where she concentrated on community and coalition building.

Jeana graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A in Political Science

Blynn Austin, Associate

Blynn Austin joined Perry Street Communications as an Associate in 2016. She brings varied and extensive experience developing communications plans, messaging, and tactics in the areas of internal and executive communications, crisis management, consumer relations, bankruptcies and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Perry Street, Blynn held Communications positions at Lockton Dunning and Hostess Brands. Blynn graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs with a minor in Spanish. In 2015, she completed her MBA at HULT International Business School in London and Shanghai.

Alex Hinson, Associate

Alex joined Perry Street Communications in 2016 with prior experience at Gerson Lehrman Group and AT&T Inc. In both capacities, she contributed to business development and analysis projects, helped implement media strategies, and performed industry research.

She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Communications Studies, focusing on Corporate Communications, and earned a Certification in Business Foundations.
